IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE READING OR IF YOU FEEL THAT WREN IS NOT CONNECTING WITH YOU, YOU MAY STOP THE READING WITHIN THE FIRST 5 MINUTES AND YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED.

Refunds cannot not be given if you choose to continue the reading beyond 5 minutes.
